Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and develop staff, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, paid development, and mentorship within our Panda family. Flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
