Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee training and development through the 8+ week store leadership program.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and company policies.
