Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store, driving operations, guest experience, and financial performance. You’ll hire, coach, and direct team members while delivering on company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction, while driving store performance.
• Oversee training and development through the 8+ weeks leadership program and ongoing leadership development.
