Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and lead associates, delivering a high-quality dining experience while meeting company standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store team to ensure operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and success of the store.
