Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express location and drive guest satisfaction, associate development, and financial performance.

You will oversee hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on training, safety, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. A leadership training program and room for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and use kitchen equipment with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, directing and supervising staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead store performance, train and develop associates, and ensure adherence to food safety and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest experience and operational efficiency.
