The role includes an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success and ongoing mentorship from the Panda community that cares about your development.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
