Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, coach, and direct team members to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and support store leadership training and development.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and meet financial goals.
