Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance. You will hire, train, coach, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from a supportive Panda community to propel your career in restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise store teams to ensure on-brand service and quality.
• Complete leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success.
