Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and achievement of financial goals.
• Provide leadership and training to staff as part of the Store Management Leadership Training program.
