• Sales: Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activity; approve rental agreements and monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections by coworkers; follow up on accounts needing manager intervention; provide leadership and training to ensure procedures are followed.
