Job summary

Rent A Center in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily sales activities and store operations, driving revenue and customer satisfaction. You will oversee a team, manage collections, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering a strong customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail/management experience, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record – you WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Set daily and weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: Oversee collections, follow-up on delinquencies, provide leadership and training.
• Leadership: Manage store profits, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, control inventory and pricing, cash handling.
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff, schedule activities, recruit/hire, maximize retention.
