Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and achieving planned results for profits while ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with store operation software.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record — you will drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily and weekly goals for the store's sales activities and monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections and follow-up on accounts; train staff on procedures for collections.
• Leadership: manage profits, assets, inventory, pricing, and store policies; resolve issues promptly.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, hire, and develop coworkers for exceptional customer service.
