Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly sales goals and oversee staff.
• Account management: oversee collections and customer commitments.
• Leadership: manage store resources, inventory, pricing, and assets.
• Co-worker management: train, schedule, hire, and reduce turnover.
