Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and manage customer accounts. You will oversee staff, collections, and inventory while ensuring policy compliance and excellent service.

The position offers a minimum starting salary of $48,600 and a comprehensive benefits package, with a consistent weekly schedule and paid time off. Must be able to drive company vehicles and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow-up on delinquent accounts, ensure customer commitments.
• Leadership: manage store profitability, monitor assets, inventory, pricing, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Coworker Management: train, schedule, hire, and retain staff; deliver exceptional customer service.
