Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance in a full-time role. You will lead a team, manage customer accounts and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The position requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and proficiency with store operation applications. Valid driver's license and driving duties are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Sales: Set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue growth.
• Account management: oversee collections, follow-up on accounts, train staff on procedures for collections.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, control inventory and pricing, cash handling.
• Coworker management: train and develop staff, schedule activities, recruit/hire, maximise retention.
