Rent A Center in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage accounts, and develop a high-performing team.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail management, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and strong leadership skills. You will drive store performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Computer literacy in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee coworker sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth.
• Account Management: oversee collections, supervise and train coworkers to ensure procedures are followed.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, control inventory, pricing, cash handling.
• Coworker Management: train and develop staff, schedule activities, recruit/hire, retain talent and deliver customer service.
