Rent A Center in the United States is seeking a Store Manager with a proven retail leadership track record. You will drive sales, oversee store operations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include setting goals, managing accounts and collections, protecting assets, training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Minimum 3–5 years experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program are required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program.
• Proficient in store operation applications/computer literacy.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee coworkers' sales activities.
• Oversee collections and approve customer commitments; train staff on procedures.
• Manage store resources to achieve profit, inventory controls, pricing, cash handling and security.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, hiring and development for exceptional customer service.
