The role requires balancing budgets, supervising diverse teams, and maintaining a safe, engaging work environment. A degree is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading store teams and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to recruit, train, supervise staff and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profitability and manage expenses.
• Maintain budgets and action plans to hit KPIs.
• Lead and empower employees to deliver outstanding shopping experience.
• Execute operational procedures, store appearance, merchandising, inventory, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise store employees and Assistant Store Managers.
• Ensure a safe workplace for all employees and customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Open dialogue with store, field and corporate partners.
• Ensure company HR processes are implemented.
• Must be able to drive your own vehicle for meetings and tasks.
