Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability and be accountable for expenses.
• Maintain operating budgets and action plans to hit KPIs.
• Lead and empower store employees to deliver a great shopping experience.
• Execute updates to procedures, merchandising, inventory, and safety standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise and appraise staff including Assistant Store Managers.
• Ensure a safe workplace for all employees and customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with store, field and corporate partners to align goals.
