TEAM Wireless is hiring a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a Verizon Authorized Retailer setting. You will coach Sales Representatives, drive sales initiatives, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while meeting store goals.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and strong operations oversight in a fast-paced retail environment. Based in a Team Wireless location within the Denver area, with full-time hours and competitive earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.
