TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, operational excellence, and strong customer service within a fast-paced retail environment.

The Store Manager will recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives, drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities
