TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Store Manager in Wisconsin. This full-time role leads store operations, develops a sales team, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and drives profitable growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives, oversee inventory and scheduling, and ensure adherence to company and Verizon performance standards while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives and drive store sales and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ensure customer service standards and timely response to complaints.
