TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, mentor a high-performing sales team, and drive profitable growth. You will recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives while ensuring operational excellence and achieving company sales goals.

Applicants should have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting sales targets. Verizon experience is highly preferred; this is a full-time role with competitive earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve store sales goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff; recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Drive store sales and profitability by executing company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and security; manage cash handling.
