Job summary

TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive profitability, coaching, training, and accountability to achieve company goals.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop Sales Representatives, manage daily operations, inventory, and schedules, and ensure adherence to Verizon standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
• Drive sales performance through coaching and guidance.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory, store operations, and visual standards.
• Ensure customer service standards and quick response to issues.
