Job summary

TEAM Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive profitable growth at a Verizon location.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives, oversee daily store operations, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure compliance with company standards while meeting sales goals.

Candidates must live within a 40-mile radius of the store and be ready to start within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or sales management experience.
• 2 years of wireless sales experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Drive store sales and profitability through company initiatives and sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer concerns promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and scheduling to ensure operational excellence.
