Englefield Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, coach a dedicated team, and uphold our community-first ethos.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, cash handling, vendor relations, and compliance with safety and food service standards while delivering outstanding customer service. A high school diploma is required; college degree is preferred, with 2+ years of retail or food-service management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lead by example and coach a team to deliver great service.
• Operational know-how in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Tech comfort with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software.
