• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership skills to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Operational know-how including inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Problem solving under pressure with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with POS, scheduling tools and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven: honesty, respect, and community focus.
