Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Experience – 2+ years of management in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles
• Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example
• Operational know-how – Inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email)
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain
