Englefield, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, staff, and customer service in our community-focused stores. You’ll drive sales, manage inventory, scheduling, and financial performance while modeling honesty and respect.

You’ll hire and develop a high-performing team, ensure a clean, safe environment, build vendor relationships, and monitor KPIs to fuel growth and uphold our values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Operational know-how: inventory, scheduling, cash handling, vendor relations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Values-driven with a customer-first mindset.
