Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll run a single store, hire and guide staff, and drive financial performance while delivering guest experiences.

External hires start as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path; 12+ weeks of leadership training, plus evaluations and a GM certification course. Promotion to GM is possible after graduation.

Qualifications

• Requires prior store leadership or management experience.
• Ability to lead a team to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development toward GM readiness.
