As a Store Manager, you will run a single store, hire and supervise staff, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the store through training, coaching and accountable leadership.
• Support the General Manager development path and progression through the GM certification process.
