Boot Barn in Buford, GA is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and uphold exceptional customer service. The role partners with District & Regional Leadership to optimize staffing, shrink reduction, and expenses while maintaining strong store culture.

The Store Manager will develop training plans, ensure product knowledge across categories, and execute strategic community engagement to grow experiential volume and customer loyalty.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations.
• Develop training plans and product knowledge across all categories.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate to District Manager.
• Analyze business trends to maximize sales and meet key metrics.
• Coach and recognize excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Ensure proper staffing and payroll alignment with business needs.
• Maintain merchandise stock levels and visual guidelines company-wide.
• Drive customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and Loyalty Programs.
