Boot Barn, Findlay, OH, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive sales, optimize staffing, and uphold operational excellence across all store functions, partnering with district leadership and store support to execute company strategy.

You will develop partners through training, manage product knowledge, and coach for results while maintaining compliance with policies and local laws.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store partners to foster a service culture and exceed expectations.
• Develop training plans across product categories and ensure competency.
• Assess localized customer needs with District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and hit key metrics.
• Coach staff on goals with timely feedback and recognition.
• Ensure adequate staffing and payroll management.
• Adhere to visual and merchandising guidelines across store.
• Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs and events.
• Handle opening and closing procedures per policy.
