Smoothie King is seeking a Manager to partner with the General Manager to run the store, lead a team, and deliver legendary guest experiences—one smoothie at a time.

You’ll hire and develop staff, oversee daily operations with P&L insights, coordinate local marketing, ensure brand standards, and maintain a safe, inviting space for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or customer-facing retail.
• Open availability: weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to work hours to run store operations.
• Comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team delivering WOW guest experiences.
• Support daily store operations using P&L, scheduling, inventory, and reviews.
• Collaborate with GM to blend operations with leadership.
• Roll out local marketing, events, promotions.
• Ensure smoothies meet brand standards—fresh, fast, flavorful.
• Monitor KPIs, performance, and guest feedback; drive improvements.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial accuracy.
• Champion food safety, cleanliness, and store pride.
• Inspire team to execute programs, promotions, standards.
• Model culture, mission, and values each shift.
