Job summary

Boot Barn in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. The role partners with district and regional leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and store profitability through staffing, training, and cost management.

The Store Manager builds a culture of learning, maintains brand standards, and champions a best-in-class customer experience while mentoring store partners and executing local market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop training plans and product knowledge across all categories (boots, denim, hats, add-ons).
• Assess local customer needs and communicate with District Manager.
• Analyze trends to maximize sales and hit key metrics.
• Coach staff, review goals, and maintain floor presence during peak hours.
• Ensure proper staffing and payroll alignment with business needs.
• Maintain visual presentation and adherence to company guidelines.
• Drive customer engagement through Boot Barn Credit Card and loyalty programs.
• Plan community outreach and experiential events in the market.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and time/attendance policy compliance.
