Boot Barn in Bridgeville, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive sales, and champion exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

The role focuses on coaching partners, optimizing staffing and payroll, and enforcing product category training and visual standards to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. Strong leadership and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience leading teams and managing direct reports in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; availability nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop training plans to achieve full competency in product categories across boots, denim, hats and add-ons.
• Manage staffing and payroll to align with store needs and payroll implications.
• Ensure visual presentation, merchandise stock levels and assortments meet guidelines and standards.
