Job summary

Boot Barn in Spring Hill, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and uphold Boot Barn's mission and values on the sales floor and backroom operations.

You will coach associates, manage schedules, monitor inventory, and ensure top customer service during peak hours while maintaining visual standards and community focus in a high-volume Western wear store.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coach and develop team members with coaching and recognition of excellence.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on schedules, hiring, and policies.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Support community outreach and in-store events to drive traffic.
