Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coach and develop partners, with on-floor presence during peak hours.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and scheduling.
• Plan and execute local community outreach and volume-driving events.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention practices.
