Knitwell Group is seeking a Store Manager for Store 0874-Oakridge Mall in San Jose, CA to lead the customer and associate experiences. You will drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operations, visual standards, and community engagement, while coaching your team to reach their full potential.

You will hire and develop a strong store team, promote an inclusive environment, and use reporting to plan short- and long-term retail strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results.
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
