You will recruit and develop staff, implement brand standards, and ensure an inviting in-store environment. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, omni-channel execution, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
• Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
• Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
