Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for the Stockton, CA store (Store 0545-Lincoln Center-Chico’s). You will supervise the team, lead by example, and ensure brand standards are upheld while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture.

Requirements include 2 years of retail management, ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations as needed.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members.
