Job summary

Knitwell Group in Valencia, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and role-model our customer‑centered hospitality to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will support opening/closing, share brand priorities, coach the team, and drive performance on the sales floor with product knowledge and an omni‑channel approach. The role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends, for a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
