Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Store Manager in the United States with 3+ years of retail leadership to run daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage labor, inventory, merchandising, and profitability while promoting the MINISO membership program to boost loyalty and sales.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, hire and train staff, drive sales goals, and maintain compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in retail management with a proven leadership track record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores as needed; travel between locations required.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic store team including ASM, shift leads and sales associates.
Drive store operations, customer service, merchandising standards and sales performance.
Promote membership program and foster customer loyalty.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; develop career paths.
Oversee cash handling, SOP adherence, and a clean, safe store environment.
Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee performance and relations.
