Yesway- in Gatesville, TX seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold a Customer First culture. You will recruit, train, and motivate the team while ensuring quality service and compliance with company policies.

In this role you will monitor performance, build community relationships, and drive store profitability in a fast-paced retail environment. A commitment to teamwork and ethical leadership is essential for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-year degree in business-related field preferred.
• 3 years experience supervising others preferred.
• 3 years experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate leadership in embedding the Customer First Culture.
• Responsible for overall management of the store business.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained team members.
• Comply with Yesway's programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve store goals.
• Observe and evaluate each employee's job performance against mission critical goals.
• Connect with the community to establish positive relationships, development and store success.
• Assume responsibility for special programs or assignments as needed.
