Yesway is seeking a Store Manager to lead and grow the store business with a strong emphasis on customer-first culture. You will manage staffing, training, and daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail, fast food, or convenience contexts, plus strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive store performance and community relations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-year business degree preferred.
• 3 years experience supervising others preferred.
• Experience in fast food/restaurant/retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to Yesway's mission and total customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in embedding the Customer First Culture.
• Responsible for overall management of the store business.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained team members.
• Comply with Yesway's programs, policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve store goals.
• Observe and evaluate each employee's performance against goals.
• Connect with the community to establish positive relationships and store success.
• Assume responsibility for special programs or assignments.
