Yesway- is seeking a dedicated Store Leader to oversee all aspects of store operations in Texas, Abilene. The role emphasizes Customer First culture, staffing, training, and adherence to company policies while driving profitability and community engagement.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor performance, and lead special programs to support store success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in embedding the Customer First Culture.
• Responsible for overall management of the store business.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with fully trained team members.
• Comply with Yesway's programs, policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to profitably achieve store goals.
• Observe and evaluate each employee's job performance against mission critical goals.
