Yesway is seeking a Store Leader to drive a customer-first culture and oversee all store operations in Abilene, TX. You will manage staffing, training, compliance, and community engagement to ensure a successful and profitable store.

You will monitor performance, coach employees, and lead initiatives to meet goals while upholding Yesway's standards and policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisor/management role in retail, restaurant, or quick-service.
• Strong leadership, communications, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store management and customer-first culture.
• Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained team members.
• Ensure compliance with company programs, policies, procedures and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze store performance to meet goals and drive profitability.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement.
• Engage with the community to build positive relationships and store success.
• Take on special programs or assignments as needed.
