Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing store operations, and driving sales performance.

You will coach an engaging team, maintain merchandising standards, handle inventory, schedules, and loss prevention, and ensure a welcoming, safe shopping environment across locations, including travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and customer service.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote membership program and build loyalty to increase sales.
• Support inventory management, shipments, damages, and returns.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain store staff.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff for growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and safety.
