Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and embody the Miniso mission and core values.
• Ensure seamless store execution, outstanding customer service, and sales growth.
• Drive labor, inventory optimization, and promote the membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff across roles.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and store safety standards.
• Collaborate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and staffing.
