Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of 8-16 stores in the United States. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer experiences while coaching Store Managers to deliver consistent results across locations.

This role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and frequent district travel. You will partner with regional leadership to uphold MINISO standards in merchandising, operations, and loss prevention while motivating teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of 8-16 stores and ensure operational and visual standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain Store Managers and Area Managers as needed.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach performance and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure consistent, outstanding customer service across all locations.
• Lead merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives district-wide.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to align goals.
• Drive loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts across locations.
• Travel frequently within the assigned district.
